Why I'm a great stylist for you!
My full name is Heather Duffy-Pagan, but Duffy has been a nick name since highschool! While I was born and raised in small town Crescent City, CA - I have now been helping amazing humans such as yourself in Sacramento with their hair for the past 9 years!

As someone who had a long process getting my ADHD diagnosis - I personally understand not feeling heard and I make it a priority to hear what you have to say during your service. I love to ask lots of questions, as well as pay close attention to your body language - so even if you don’t know how to communicate something on your mind, I can check in to help as best as I can.

While most stylists do offer incredible hair services, I want to really get to know YOU as a person to ensure you are leaving with the hair you LOVE! Also maintaining healthy hair is a HUGE priority of mine! I am constantly investing in my education in this industry to have as much knowledge as I can to provide you with the best experience possible.

I also believe that working in a single station suite has also been a huge benefit with my services. It gives clients a quiet and safe environment to talk to me. Also making sure that each guest feels like they can get away from the busy day to day life, and have that moment to truly RELAX!

Get to know me!
Growing up I always had a big love for choir and theater! Originally I wanted to continue with theater after graduation - until my sophomore year I finally realized my skill level wasn’t that great in those areas lol! Since I was growing up in the salon with my mom and grandma, I finally had the idea of doing hair backstage for actors - which isn’t what ended up happening, but still helped me find my true passion!
Outside of the salon - I love spending time with my husband, our furbabies, while slowling learning about mom life! We enjoy camping, being with family, or just hanging out watching Netflix at home!
On a more personal note, I still have a HUGE love for all kinds of music! I love listening and memorizing lyrics to all genres of music. Anywhere from Michael Bublé, todays hits, and the one that surprises most people is my love for rap music! Tech N9ne and Eminem are two of my favorite artists since I was in 8th grade. I also can’t forget a wide variety of music thanks to my parents growing up, such as Motley Crue and Beach Boys for a couple examples!
